DFFH Grants Gateway

The DFFH Grants Gateway is used by the department to manage grants. The DFFH Grants Gateway offers community organisations:

  • information on open grant programs
  • the ability to prepare and submit an application online
  • information resources to support effective applications and management of government grants.

Grant recipients are also able to prepare and submit their milestones reports and related documents online.

Access the DFFH Grants Gateway.

New users will need to register for a DFFH Grants Gateway account. Once registered you will be able to access your account on the Gateway.

If you have submitted a grant application, you will be able to see information about your submission.

If you are part of an organisation who has submitted an application but are unable to see any information about the submission, please contact the team responsible for that grants program.

Please refer to the Help Guides and Documents section for information on how to Navigate the Grants Gateway.

Acknowledgement and publicity guidelines for Victorian Government funding support

If you have received grant funding from the Victorian Government, your organisation must acknowledge the Victorian Government funding support.

By acknowledging this support, you are not only promoting the work you do, but also letting people know about the grant you received to benefit the community.

Please refer to the following guidelines - Acknowledgement and publicity guidelines for Victorian Government funding support, for information on how, where and when to acknowledge the grant and how to download and use the Victorian State Government logos.
