The Disability Action Plan 2026–2029 came into effect from May 2026.
The Department of Families, Fairness and Housing’s Disability action plan (DAP) outlines how we will work to increase inclusion and access for people with disability. This includes actions that will make us a better organisation to interact with and to work for. The plan aligns with the department’s vision, strategic priorities and legal obligations.
