From 1 January 2026, Victorians under 18 years of age will be able to travel for free on all public transport with the new Youth myki card.
Earlier this year, the Department of Transport and Planning invited talented young Victorians to design the new Youth myki.
All Victorian’s aged between 5 to 17 years were eligible to enter. More than 6,600 designs were submitted.
Shortlisting so many incredible designs was no easy task. The shortlisted entries have now been shared with the Premier and Minister for Public and Active Transport, who will now select a final winner.
