This program, now in its third year and the first of its kind in Australia, was designed by Women of Colour, for Women of Colour.
It is delivered in partnership with Women of Colour Australia, and supports leaders to thrive in their careers.
It focuses on clear and practical strategies to support Women of Colour preparing for or aspiring to executive leadership roles.

- honouring First Nations: truth-telling, decolonising leadership and fostering reconciliation
- identity, intersectionality and courageous leadership
- self-advocating and activating allies and sponsors
- fostering transformative cultures.
It also provides:
- one-on-one executive coaching
- wrap-around psychological support.
The program will run from July to November.
There are 6 places available for the public sector and 6 for the community sector, all fully funded. There are 8 partially funded places for the private sector, with a co-payment from the participant’s employer.
