The Regional Activation Program showcases the diverse creativity and joy of Victoria’s LGBTIQA+ communities.
Kicking off in November 2025, the program will feature a number of regional events across Victoria. The program finishes up with the full one-day celebration of pride at Victoria’s Pride Street Party.
The 2026 Street Party will be held on Sunday, 8 February, with Gertrude and Smith Streets in Fitzroy transformed into a giant rainbow party to celebrate Victoria’s diverse LGBTIQA+ communities.
This year’s successful applicant’s include events such as the ‘Thursgay Bellarine Pride Fest’ a vibrant, queer celebration, ‘Friends of Comedy’, a travelling comedy show featuring queer comedians, and the return of the ‘Pridefinder Podcast’ (season 3) – all just in time for summer!
The Victoria's Pride Regional Activation Program and Victoria’s Pride Street Party are delivered by Midsumma, Australia’s premier queer arts and cultural organisation, funded by the Victorian Government.
