The Victorian Government is pleased to announce 31 men’s sheds will share in more than $860,000 through the 2025-26 Men’s Shed Funding Program.
Grants of up to $100,000 will support a mix of projects across Victoria. Supported projects include:
- a new shed for the Rochester Men’s Shed Group, whose shed flooded in 2022
- an extension that will double the size of the Westvale Men’s Shed
- an extension to the outdoor space at the Willum Warrain Aboriginal Men’s Shed.
Men’s sheds are a vital part of the Victorian community. They provide a place for members to build social connections and drive positive health outcomes for men.
Every year, the Victorian Government invests $1 million in the Men’s Shed Funding Program. This funding supports the Victorian Men’s Shed Association and men’s sheds across the state.
