Grants to support and honour veterans across the state

The Victorian Government values the important role veterans continue to play in our communities.
27 November 2025

We are proud to announce two annual grant programs are now open to support veterans and to continue honouring their service across the state:

  • Restoring Community War Memorials and Avenues of Honour Grant Program – to restore or update war memorials, honour rolls and avenues of honour.
  • Veterans Capital Works Grant Program – to upgrade or improve buildings and spaces that support veterans and their families.

These projects strengthen community connections and improve access to essential services and spaces for veterans across Victoria.

We encourage ex-service organisations, community groups, not-for-profit organisations and local governments across Victoria to apply.
