The Victorian Government recognises the importance of honouring the past while supporting the wellbeing of veterans and their families today.
Delivered by the Victorian Veterans Council, two grant programs will fund projects across the state that support, recognise and honour Victoria’s veterans.
The Victorian Remembers Grant Program supports projects that honour and commemorate veterans service or educate the public about their contributions.
Grants up to $30,000 are available for initiatives that preserve veterans’ stories and legacies for future generations.
The Anzac Day Proceeds Funds supports organisations to deliver welfare and wellbeing activities for veterans and their families, with grants up to:
- $150,000 for initiatives which support Veterans across the state
- $50,000 for initiatives that support Veterans in a specific area or region of the state.
Applications are now open and close 5 pm, Tuesday 28 July 2026.
