14 LGBTIQA+ organisations will receive funding to help deliver inclusive and accessible services. This includes organisations such Minus18, Thorne Harbour Health and Transcend Australia.
Now in its third year, the grant period has been extended to a two-year time frame, to enhance the capacity of funded organisations to deliver more impactful service delivery initiatives.
The total funding amount available to the successful organisations across 2025-26 to 2026-27 is $1.6 million.
The program contributes directly to building safe, strong and sustainable communities, as outlined in Pride in our future: Victoria’s LGBTIQA+ strategy 2022-32; the Victorian Government’s strategic roadmap to drive LGBTIQA+ equality in our state.
