Mr Wynne previously served as Minister for Multicultural Affairs. Prior to this he served as Shadow Minister for Housing, Minister for Housing, Minister for Local Government and Minister for Aboriginal Affairs.

He has been the member for Richmond since 1999.

Mr. Foley previously served as the Minister for Mental Health and Minister for Creative Industries. Prior to this he served as the Minister for Housing, Disability and Ageing. He has also served as Shadow Minister for Water, Shadow Minister for Arts and Shadow Minister for Youth Affairs.

He has been a member for Albert Park since 2007.
